I created this site in 2012 when I moved with my family to the Middle East. We were there about 2-years. It was an exciting adventure and one of the most incredible growth opportunities of our lives. The kids were 6, 9, and 12. They’ve nearly all grown up. They are having their own adventures and building their own families now.

Lisa and I are still adventuring and dragging the family out at every opportunity. This blog is more of a journal than anything else. You are welcome to this window into our lives. We hope it is inspiring. Just remember that this is just a window. Naturally, we put on our best faces and attitudes for an audience. We have our struggles and challenges like anyone else. Life is hard and none of us are getting out alive. But we can choose to live, to really and fully live, while we are here. Choose life and to live more abundantly.
